The Rose Garden is a little known bar located in the Heights. The owners prefer to call it a “neighborhood bar” instead of a “dive bar“. It is a fairly small bar where locals come to grab a drink together. Looking at it on a map, it may seem like it is in a pretty sketchy neighborhood. Once you go there, you will be pleasantly surprised about how nice the owners and patrons are. It has a very nice pool table inside and an outside area for when the weather is nice. The drinks are cheap and the clientele is very friendly. If you live in the heights then this is a great place to meet people in your neighborhood.
