Paco Joe’s Grill & Cantina has multiple areas for dining or parties and was designed to encourage the transition from lunch, to happy hour, to evening dining and late dancing with state of the art sound in a specially designed suspended DJ booth. From the breezy, casual second-floor patio to the elegant, exclusive Agave Room and The Flamingo Room, a top-flight concert facility, for every part of the day and every mood, from the most exclusive formal party, to the most casual meal with friends, Paco Joe’s is dedicated to providing a memorable experience with excellent food and drink provided with friendly and prompt service in the perfect atmosphere. The decor is an original and energetic look at familiar forms with artistic brick and metalwork and a warm and fun ambiance created by unique lighting fixtures designed and made especially for the restaurant by the family.

The Main Bar
Guests are introduced to the artistic touches unique to Paco Joe’s the moment they enter the Main Bar where a unique sculpture of a bull carved from a single tree trunk by a Costa Rican artist symbolizes strength and prosperity and a display of hand painted bottles line the wall. This is a perfect spot to meet friends after work and enjoy an extensive selection of American and Latin-American beers, wine, and top-shelf liquors or Paco Joe’s signature versions of the classic margarita and cocktails with a Latin flair.
